A ceremony will be held at the Government House’s Hall of Patriotic Women, attended by the Ministers of Agriculture and Industry, Julián Domínguez and Débora Giorgi, and by leaders of rural organizations.
The “Programs for the Rural Changes Unit” (UCRA, for its Spanish initials) will be funded through loans granted by the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), the Andean Development Corporation (CAF, for its Spanish initials) and the International Fund of Agrarian Development.
UCRA ´s role is to coordinate the different programs and projects partially or totally funded through resources coming from abroad, within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture.
